Good service, although a few employees were not particularly helpful. The rooms were non-smoking with a view over the river, everything was first-class.

Unique amazing boutique place, it has incredible location just next door to the ' Newby Bridge, the Lakes, the aquarium and motor museum. Excellent service, super breakfast with yoghurt and the Eggs Benedict, for instance.
