Unique amazing boutique place, it has incredible location just next door to the ' Newby Bridge, the Lakes, the aquarium and motor museum. Excellent service, super breakfast with yoghurt and the Eggs Benedict, for instance.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Just a 5-minute stroll to the centre. Breakfast was served in their bar. The superior queen room overlooked the river. Also, free WiFi was provided.
